Much of this month was spend delivering rams after our successful On Property Auction and take a sire to a facility for Export collection of semen for South American clients.
We were able to shear more sheep prior to grass seed set and crutch other mobs. When we crutch, we often take Dag scores and make other visual observations for submission to Sheep Genetics.
We classed our 2022 drop ewe hoggets and a client’s flock of ewe lambs from BL x Merino ewes in the South East region of SA.
Contractors cut our hay, including some multi-species blend for our own use, as well as Export oats.
